{Summer Palette} Sky Blue, Camel & Ivory

I was doing some Pinterest research for the Bold American Events’ blog and my site when I came across this lovely palette from Perfect Palette. The combination of sky blue, camel, and ivory creates a perfectly peaceful backdrop for a summer dinner party or beach wedding. Since I’m still on my French tulip trip, I’d add simple monochromatic single statement centerpieces of ivory French tulips and ivory calla lilies for a no fuss sophistication. I think the team over at Perfect Palette got this color combination, well… perfect.

Steve Bales ROCKS!!  This is the Giles wedding designed by Steve Bales of Bold American Events. It’s so adorable, dramatic, and organic all at the same time.  I could write an entire post about this or I could let the pictures speak for themselves… Seriously, that centerpiece is like non other.

{Color Obession} Chartreuse- Go BOLD or Go Home!

It’s bright, it’s BOLD, and it’s totally me.  The color chartreuse is doing me well this spring season.  With trends leaning toward bright colors and bold prints in fashion as well as decor, it leaves me gitty thinking of all the fresh color combos just waiting to be created.  My newest color obession, chartreuse, is now my latest favorite pop of color.  Although it is not for the faint of hearts.  I’m sure Chris and I will have fun pitching my latest obession to color loving clients. Check out these everyday images that inspire me creatively.

{Real Party}: Blue & Green Glowing Sports Themed Party

I can’t even remember if I had an actual party when I turned 13.  I’m pretty sure I did, I just can’t recall it all that well.  I’m sure though, that if my party looked as cool as this one, I’d actually remember it.  This event took place in the Windsor Ballroom of the InterContinental Hotel in Atlanta, GA last October.  Designers Chris Macksey and Barbara Roos incorporated elements of lighted decor, a cool blue and green color pallete, and a sports theme that reflects the hobbies of the guests of honor for a memorable Mitvzah last October.

Unique Bouquets from Bold American Events {Part 2}

I am so excited to share these pictures with you!!!  Talk about a unique bouquet…I think this is simply beautiful and would work especially well for a beach ceremony.  I think these pictures speak for themselves.
